Packages ship from the United States to the address provided at checkout. Verlassen Vintage is not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or lost and stolen packages. 
Orders process and ship within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation along with a tracking number is emailed once your item is shipped.

Return Policy:

All sales at Verlassen Vintage are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, please read the measurements carefully.

Condition and Sizing:

We measure and inspect each garment, noting any noticeable flaws in the descriptions.

Vintage garment sizes differ from modern sizes. To ensure a proper fit, we recommend comparing our measurements to you own garments, taken while the garment is lying flat and doubling it.
